Returns & Cancellation

  1. We ask all of our customers to feel free to send all queries and questions about our products to E-MAIL prior to ordering.
  2. Due to the often intimate nature of our products that we supply to you the customer, we are unable to accept unwanted goods. You the customer should contact Frockin It (www.frockinit.com) at E-MAIL with any queries and questions about the suitability of our products prior to ordering.
  3. In the very rare event that a product received by our customer is faulty, the customer must inform us at E-Mail with 7 days of receiving the product delivery. Due to our strict product quality assurance this should be a very seldom occurrence. We are proud to be able to response to all customer queries within 24 hours of receiving correspondence.

Cancellation Policy:

    1. Order can be cancelled only before shipping. The buyer need to contact us first for the reason, our sale manager will arrange the cancellation in 2 working days.
    2. All the shipped out order cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy:

  1. How to deal with, If the item is defective?
    We are sorry that the item is defective, and we will actively deal with such incidents.
    First: If the item is defective, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Second: please shoot the picture of the item is defective, and then send the picture to us by email, so that I could submit them to our Technical Director, after she check and agree, we will add the news to your next order for free.
  3. Third: All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. But in order to compensation for the loss of customers, through our assessment, we will give your some you a more discounts on the next order.
  4. Return & exchange address: The return address is not the shipping address on the express waybill, so please contact our sale manager first to get the return address.

Lingerie Returns Policy

  • We hope you enjoy your purchase, but we understand that sometimes there may be a need to return/exchange your purchase.
  • We put customer service first, so if, on the rare occasion, there is a problem with your purchase, simply send us a message using the service found on our website www.frockinit.com.
  • Please note because of the personal nature of lingerie products, we are unable to accept products that have been worn, for an exchange or refund.
    The merchandise must be returned in the original unopened packaging in its original condition, unworn, unaltered and unwashed, with all tags intact.
  • We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days from the shipped date.
  • Please note that a return is not pre-paid, therefore you will be responsible for the return mailing cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

  1. The money will refund in 2 working days after the order is cancelled & return package is delivery.
  2. If the buyer paid by Paypal, the money will refund in 2 working days; If by credit card or bank transfer, it take 3-15 days or more time for the bank to process the international refund, your kindly understanding and patience will be highly appreciated.
